Data collected

Only the information you enter in the quote request form: company, name and position, email address, phone, product, tonnage, route and details. The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

Purpose

To answer your request and send you a haulage quote. Your data is never sold or used for marketing without your consent.

Recipients and transfer

The form is relayed by the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co) to our mailbox contact@lisgroupindustriel.com. Only the LIS GROUP staff handling requests can access it. The website, hosted on GitHub Pages, loads the Poppins font from Google Fonts; these providers may process technical connection data (IP address) outside Senegal.

Retention

Requests are kept for the duration of the business relationship and for no more than three years after the last contact.

Your rights

Under Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. Write to us at contact@lisgroupindustriel.com. You may also contact Senegal’s Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP).
